Speaking gigs
Dr Jake is a regular conference and keynote speaker on all things to do with mathematics, numeracy and integrated STEM. In addition to professional learning for schools and teachers, he is available for speaking engagements with a range of stakeholders on the following topics:
1.Community groups– ideal for school parent groups or local community groups. Dr Jake will share strategies to support children in mathematics and numeracy, and how to encourage your child to participate in STEM. He can also share ways to highlight the beauty of ‘real world’ mathematics in your local community, and ideas for community STEM groups.

2.University pre-service teachers – Dr Jake is a sessional lecturer at the University of Sydney. He can support pre-service teachers understand NEW syllabus changes for Mathematics K-10 teaching, and particularly numeracy across the new syllabuses.
